Shipping & Returns

We aim to get your tasty goodies out to you as soon as possible and we usually dispatch the next working day at the latest of the order having been placed.

We will keep you up to date via e-mail when your order is dispatched.

If you’ve got a Heads n Tails Pet Services account, please make sure your address details are up to date so that we can deliver your order correctly.

Standard delivery charges for England & Wales are detailed below.

Delivery cost - £2.99

Additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries in Northern Ireland and non UK mainland addresses. Please contact us prior to order if in doubt as we are happy to help where we can.

Parcels under 2 kg are shipped with Royal Mail using 2nd class post. Larger parcels are usually sent with Hermes.

If you require Next Day delivery, please give us a call on 07368155608 . Next day delivery will incur an additional £2.50 charge.

Returns Policy

We hope your order reaches you in perfect condition, but if you need to return anything to us please get in touch first and make sure to have your order number handy. We will then issue a returns number and arrange for the goods to be collected.

For returning an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging, remembering to include your name and order number.

All costs will be credited back to you on safe receipt of the goods at Heads n Tails Pet Services.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item (oops – sorry about that), please notify us by emailing info@headsntailspetservices.co.uk as soon as possible. Please return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and will reimburse your reasonable returns costs.

Exchange/refund

If you have changed your mind about the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition. Return delivery costs for an exchange or refund when you have changed your mind are your responsibility.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Until you return items to us, you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.

Subscription

Products are automatically delivered each month on the date you first placed the order. You can easily skip a month if needed or cancel the subscription any time without any obligation. If you’d like to change to a different Gift box, please get in touch and we can easily arrange this for you.
